Heart Health: Your heart is like the Power Rangers’ command center!

Princeton Longevity Center’s Dr. John Rumberger checked in with Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson on the Scoop B Radio Podcast. Press Play Below To Listen!

If you grew up watching Fox’s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television show in the 90s, you’ll remember that the command center was the place where Jason, Zack, Tommy, Trini, Billy and Kimberly met with Alpha and Zordon.

The command center was where the rangers devised a plan to fight the evils of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zed.

Without the command center, how could the Power Rangers keep the fictitious Angel Grove, California safe?

The same thing can be said about your body and the health of your heart. Ya gotta protect it.

According to World Health Organization, Ischemic Heart Attack and Stroke are the world’s biggest killers.

These two killers accounted for a combined 15.2 million deaths in 2016.

Recently, I checked out Princeton Longevity Center, which contributes to the betterment of a patient’s cardiovascular disease through their CardiaResQ Program.

The Princeton Longevity Center’s CardiaResQ program is a lifestyle management program that focuses on teaching patient’s wellness therapies, including nutritional advice, exercise and lifestyle advice so that you can take control of your life and more.

CardiaResQ uses state of the art cardiovascular imaging technology to painlessly and non-invasively measures the amount of plaque in your arteries.

By following the actual measurement of the volume of plaque in your arteries over time, their team of experts can adjust the intensity of your treatment plan to lower your risk with the minimum disruption in your lifestyle.

The program promotes the doctor as a life-extending provider and practice that is a rarity in today’s medicine. “Prescription medications, which we DO use as indicated on an individual basis, reduce heart risk by 30-50%, says Princeton Longevity Center’s Chief Cardiologist and Director of Cardiac Imaging, Dr. John Rumberger, a guest on tolday’s episode of the Scoop B Radio Podcast.

“But the remainder is not addressed – diet/exercise/stress management and other biochemical markers of inflammation.”

** Last year, Scoop B Radio garnered 2 million downloads and has been mentioned on sites like Breitbart, New York Post,COMPLEX, ESPN, CBS Sports Radio, People Magazine, Philadelphia Inquirer, FORBES, Billboard, UPROXX, Fansided, Awful Announcing,Bleacher Report,Fox Sports & more. **

The team works with you to find the right treatment plan and a lifestyle you can still enjoy that lowers your cardiovascular risk.

“We equip the patient with the education and tools that they need to be successful in slowing, stopping and reversing heart disease,” Princeton Longevity Center’s Health and Wellness Coach, Jacqui Graves told me by phone.
